Sofi lives near one of the biggest dumpsters in the city. While her mother battles drug addiction, her elderly, deaf grandmother fights every day to support her. Sofi is a kind girl who needs support to pay school fees and basic nutrition.

13 YEARS OLD
At his young age, Carlos searches for food in the dumpster and struggles with addiction to “shoe glue”, a drug often used to mitigate hunger. Carlos needs support with paying for a private rehabilitation program for teens, nutrition and education.
ANTHONY
5 YEARS OLD
Anthony lives with his mom and two siblings near the dumspter as his father abandoned the family. Despite working hard selling mangos, Anthony’s mother struggles with supplying for his education, including tuition costs, and school supplies.

Despite working hard in small labor jobs, Abig’s mother needs support for her needs as her husband abandoned them. Abig loves singing gospel songs during our Saturday program in Kenya. She would love to become a doctor when she grows up. She loves eating rice and fish.

Karl’s father passed away before the he was born in a motorbike accident. His mother sales second hand clothes for a living. He loves playing football. His favorite food is a Kenyan dish called ugali and meat.

She lives with the grandmother and two siblings after her mother passed away and her father abandoned her. The grandmother washes clothes for people in the village to earn a living. Jan will start school this year. She loves ugali and chicken.

Miss Victoria is a grateful and joyful senior who lives in the rural part of San Jose Villanueva in a small community. She is not able to work due to health conditions that include a tumor that covers more than half of her face. Your sponsorship would cover clean water, food, and vitamins for her.

Bea is a joyful and sweet girl who makes the best out of any situation. She was born with a developmental disabiliy and has never received therapy. Due to her condition, she requires support 24/7 hence one adult who cannot work outside of the home. Your sponsorship would cover her basic needs.

26 YEARS OLD
Despite multiple battles with her health, Lilian does not give up. She has been batting “juvenile idiopathic arthritis” since age 19. She is in need of monthly medication to avoid pain and swelling of her hands.
